About Lucy Bleuz

Owners Vicky Daws and Don Warning created Lucy Bleuz Café to celebrate American cuisine with an international flair and good times with jazz music.

Click here or on the video to hear Don tell some of the story about Lucy Bleuz Cafe.

Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Don has more than 40 years of experience. His repertoire includes: American, Asian, Latin, French and Italian.

Many of the spices used in the restaurant’s dishes were grown in Don’s private garden.

Vicky Marshmellow

Vicky has more than 20 years of experience in the catering industry and shares Don’s passion for outstanding food and customer service.

When Don and Vicky were building out their jazz-themed restaurant in 2013 they were adopted by a gray alley cat that Vicky named Lucy, hence the restaurant’s name.

Believe it or not, every day Lucy shows up in the alley behind the restaurant to dine from the bowls of cat food and fresh water that Don and Vicky leave for her. Meanwhile in the kitchen the culinary team is always busy preparing food for Lucy Bleuz and Incredibly Edible Catering.
